Background:

Annie first caught “note fever” in 2005 when she began recognizing the enormous benefit of creating, buying and holding real estate notes.  However, it wasn’t until 2009 when she started studying with Mr. W. Eddie Speed at the NoteSchool at a time when the sub-prime industry was collapsing, and when property owners absolutely need to find alternative methods of selling their home in this challenging market of conventional financing.

Before meeting Eddie and studying at the NoteSchool, I worked for a real estate investor, and managed her 11 investment properties.  During this time I also became licensed as a real estate agent, learned about short sales and became a short sale negotiator.
